About Bronwyn Davies

Bronwyn Davies is an Australian contemporary artist and cultural practitioner whose work explores the intersections of art, environment, history and place. Through drawing, mixed media and research-based practice, her work engages with iconic trees, environmental narratives, mapping and personal storytelling.

Alongside her studio practice, Bronwyn has extensive experience working in cultural services within local government, coordinating major events, exhibitions, community cultural development programs and public arts initiatives. Her professional background includes cultural programming, policy development, community consultation and liaison, arts facilitation and the development of meaningful community-engaged creative experiences.

Bronwyn has exhibited widely and developed public programs, workshops and creative experiences connected to exhibitions including Maps and Traces and Whisper in the Leaves. Her facilitation style is grounded, reflective and inclusive, encouraging participants to develop confidence in their own creative voice while engaging deeply with material, process and story.

Drawing on years of experience as both a practicing artist and arts professional, Bronwyn creates learning environments that are professionally guided, thoughtfully structured and personally meaningful — spaces where creativity becomes a way of observing, connecting and making sense of the world around us.
